Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bay leaves
  • 4 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 3 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 6-7 Red Chilies dried
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tbsp Cloves
  • 1.2 tbsp Cardamom seeds

Instructions
 

  • Roast these in a pan but be careful not to burn them. Put the roasted spices in your blender and make them into a powder. Stop every few seconds to shake up the spices. When it becomes a powder. Let it cool and then store it in an airtight container.
