Aaloo Kheema Patties (meat & Potato croquette)

Chef Sammy
If there's one food that brings up the most childhood memories in me, this has got to be it. Aaloo kheema patties were always such a treat for us. When my mom would make these it would undoubtedly create a sense of excitement for my sisters and myself. I would inevitably always get caught eating the ground beef right out of the pot. "at least use a plate" my mom would say as she shooed me away... Aaah precious memories for sure. Try these amazing patties / croquettes and make some great memories
