Zhoug Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Sweet peppers small multi colored
  • 1 small Log goat cheese
  • 1 small box Marscapone cheese
  • 6-8 pods Garlic roasted
  • Zhoug to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take your garlic drizzle EVOO on it and put it in the toaster oven under broil for 3 min till nicely roasted.
    Slice your peppers lengthwise and stuff with above mixture. bake till golden brown. drizzle with zhoug and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
