Zhoug Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppers

- 1 bag Sweet peppers small multi colored
- 1 small Log goat cheese
- 1 small box Marscapone cheese
- 6-8 pods Garlic roasted
- Zhoug to taste
Take your garlic drizzle EVOO on it and put it in the toaster oven under broil for 3 min till nicely roasted. Slice your peppers lengthwise and stuff with above mixture. bake till golden brown. drizzle with zhoug and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
