Put it in the fridge for at least an hourHeat your cast iron skillet put some ghee and EVOO. When hot put the chicken in the skillet. When it’s ready transfer it to a serving dish. In the same skillet now add all the veggies and cover it. Stir occasionally. When done later it on your serving dish and add the chicken on top
