For the Cake:
- 1 stick Butter or 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1.5 cup Flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 3/4 cup Warm milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
For the icing:
- 1.5 cup Icing sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Instant coffee
Method For The Cake:
Preheat your oven to 350Beat the butter and sugar till creamy. Then add the eggs and beat till incorporated. Now add all the dry ingredients. Mix well and add the milk and vanilla. Pour into a prepared pan and bake till done. It takes approximately 20 minutes but please keep an eye on your cake as each oven is different.
