- 4 eggs separated
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Zaatar
Line your baking sheet with parchment paperHeat over to 350Separate eggsBeat eggs w cream of tartar till white color and peaks formIn a separate bowl beat all the other ingredients except for the zaatar. Now fold in the whites. Make small rounds about a tablespoon full and put it on your lines baking tray. Sprinkle w zaatar and bake till ready about 15 min. It should be light golden but not jiggly I enjoy these with mozzarella and tomato. If you want a sweeter snack skip the Zaatar add Burata cheese and sliced strawberries.
