Cut the cauliflower into florets and set aside.
Mix all of the batter ingredients together with a hand blenderand blend till smooth.
Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter and fry till goldenbrown.
Drain on paper towels.
In a bowl. Mix all of the sauce ingredients together and taste. Adjust it according to your taste.
Toss the cauliflower into the sauce and garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy
