I try to make a meatless version of most of my favourites. Bang bang shrimp is my favourite dish to order when we go out and so I wanted to make a vegetarian version of it at home. I actually like this sauce more than the restaurant version because it has a bit more of a kick to it. This would make a great appetizer at a party or pair it with rice and it becomes a meal.
