Chicken Seekh Kababs
This recipe will take you through the steps to create mouthwatering Chicken Seekh Kababs. - 2 lbs Ground Chicken
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Graham Flour (besan)
- 2 pieces Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch Finely chopped Cilantro
- 1 piece Onion finely chopped
- salt pinch salt to taste
- 1.5 tbsp Garam masala
- 1.5 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1.5 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
- 1 tbsp Crushed Ginger
Mix well and form into kababs
Broil till the kababs become a nice color then flip them and broil again for a few minutes.
Put the kababs in a pan with a lid. Heat a small price of coal on the fire for about 8 minutes. Then In a small tiny container put a little oil and using tongs put the coal into the oil and cover the container and let it be for 15 minutes.
Discard the coal and oil and serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice.
