Fatoush (Lebanese salad)

- 1 bunch Parsley
- English cucumbers diced
- Tomatoes diced
- Romaine Lettuce
Dressing
- 1/3 cup EVOO
- 2-3 juice of Lemons
- 4-6 Garlic Cloves minced
- 2 tbsp Sumac
- 2 Lemon zest
- 3 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses
- 2 tbsp Mint fresh or dried
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
In a pan heat up some EVOO, then add the cut up pita, salt, black pepper and toss it well. When the pita is nicely toasted remove and set asidePut all the dressing ingredients into the nutribullet and pulse. Throw your veggies into your salad bowl. Top with toasted pita. Pour dressing over your salad and enjoy
