Homemade buns are literally the best treat ever. Whether it's for a hamburger or with your favorite filling or if you sweeten it and add some raisins you have got yourself a delicious tea time snack. Course Side Dish

- 2 tbsp Yeast
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3/4 cup Water warm
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 3 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Water warm
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Mix the yeast with the sugar and ¾ cup warm water and set aside for 15 minutes or till frothy
Now add all the other ingredients and using a dough hook mix till a dough forms
Only add the extra ¼ cup of water if needed
Cover and let it rise in a warm place for an hour or till it doubles in size
Punch it down. Now make 10 portions of this into balls.
Mix your egg yolk and milk and brush it on the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Place it in a warm place to rise for an hour
Bake at 375 till golden brown
