- 2 tbsp Yeast
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3/4 cup Water warm
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 3 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Water warm
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Mix the yeast with the sugar and ¾ cup warm water and set aside for 15 minutes or till frothy
- Now add all the other ingredients and using a dough hook mix till a dough forms
- Only add the extra ¼ cup of water if needed
- Cover and let it rise in a warm place for an hour or till it doubles in size
- Punch it down. Now make 10 portions of this into balls.
- Mix your egg yolk and milk and brush it on the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Place it in a warm place to rise for an hour
- Bake at 375 till golden brown
