  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1-2 Jalapeño (depending on how spicy you want it )
  • 2-3 pods Garlic
  • 1-2 Cardamoms
  • 1-2 tbsp Cumin seeds roasted
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 1 piece Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste


  • Blend all the ingredients. This is one of the most versatile sauces you will make. You can use it as a dip, a marinade or as a salad dressing.
