Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • Warak

Instructions
 

  • Soak the almonds in a bowl for 1.5-2 hours.
  • Drain the cashews and put them into a blender
  • Blend it till you get a smooth paste
  • Now add the paste to a pan and add the sugar.
  • Mix well till it separates from the sides
  • Stir constantly for about 15-30 minutes
  • Now add the ghee and mix well.
  • Once cooled, roll out this dough in between 2 sheets of parchment paper
  • Careful add your warak to the top
  • Cut into triangles and enjoy.
