Soak the almonds in a bowl for 1.5-2 hours.
Drain the cashews and put them into a blender
Blend it till you get a smooth paste
Now add the paste to a pan and add the sugar.
Mix well till it separates from the sides
Stir constantly for about 15-30 minutes
Now add the ghee and mix well.
Once cooled, roll out this dough in between 2 sheets of parchment paper
Careful add your warak to the top
Cut into triangles and enjoy.
