Mutton Masala Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless mutton (I use the shoulder of a baby goat)
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tsp red chili powder
  • 3 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder 
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 2-3 large onions 
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Marinate with all the above for an hour at least. 
  • Lemons 
  • Green chilies 

Instructions
 

  • Marinate with all the above for an hour at least. 
    Add the marinated meat to the IP and sauté for a few minutes. Add 1/4 cup water. Pressure cook for 20 minutes and quick release. Transfer to a wok and cook till the liquid dries up. Fold in1 cup of chopped cilantro and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon on top.
     
    Serve with roti or naan.
