Three Ingredient Mango Ice cream
Imagine a delicious frozen treat that takes almost no time to prepare and just three ingredients? Imagine no more my friends. This mango ice cream is truly life changing. I almost always have some in the freezer. It’s quite possibly the most perfect make ahead dessert. You can dress it up with toppings or just indulge in it right from the box

- 6 Large Mangos
- 2 Cups of Heavy Cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional but highly recommended)
Here are a few tips:If you have a really powerful blender, this recipe will not require training. Use flaky sea salt. This takes your recipe to the next level. Serve with fresh chopped mangos.
Method:
Skin your mangos and remove the seed. Purée it really well. I use the vitamix which is really powerful so I don't have to strain it. If your blender is not as powerful then you will need to strain the puréed mangos.
In a stand mixer whip your cream till stiff. Fold in the condensed milk. Now fold in the mango puree. Save a 1/4 of the puree through the container that you will be freezing the ice cream in..
Sprinkle a pinch of the flaky sea salt and give it a quick stir.
Pour this mixture in an airtight box. Drizzle the mango purée through it and swirl it with a spoon. Co
Cover and freeze overnight. Enjoy with chopped fresh mangos.
