  • 2 cup Sushi rice
  • 2 seedless Cucumbers sliced lengthwise
  • 2 Avocados sliced
  • Tuxedo sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp Sushi Vinegar
  • Nori sheets for sushi
  • 10 steamed Shrimps
  • 10 Salmon sliced pieces
  • Sushi rolling bamboo mat


  • Make the rice in your instant pot 2 cups water to 2 cups rice. Do not rinse the rice before cooking it.
    As soon as the rice is cooked add the vinegar and mix it well.
    Now lay out all your ingredients so it’s easy to make your rolls.
    Take your mat and let it out. Put a sheet of your nori on it and add the rice. Wet your hands so it’s easy to pay down. Now add your shrimp in a line, then the avocado and then the shrimp. Now using the mat roll it pressing after each turn. Taking a very sharp knife cut your roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Follow the above with salmon, avocado and cucumber.
    Serve with soy sauce, wasabi & pickled ginger.
