I call these Crack Cookie Bars because they are truly addictive without being illegal. I tell you it is almost impossible to eat just one. Yes, they are that good, if not better. The five of us can easily finish off the whole tray.

I call these Crack Cookie Bars because they are truly addictive without being illegal. I tell you it is almost impossible to eat just one. Yes, they are that good, if not better. The five of us can easily finish off the whole tray. These bars are super easy to make and will make you an instant hero to anyone you serve it to you. The buttery caramel, the salted crackers the milk chocolate make every bite a piece of heaven in your mouth.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cub Club crackers
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 cup Light brown sugar
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Milk chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Layer your sheet pan with crackers
    Melt brown sugar butter and graham crackers and heavy cream bring to a boil stirring constantly
    Pour the caramel slowly over the crackers and add another layer of crackers and another layer of caramel. If you make a second round of caramel skip the graham crackers in this one so it has a lighter color and you can achieve a tri color bar. This step is optional but if you make a larger tray you will need more crackers for layering and more caramel. Bake it till bubbly then add the milk chocolate of your choice and let it melt. Once melted, spread the chocolate and garnish with your desired garnish. I used edible dried rose petals. Refrigerate till the chocolate is firm and then cut in squares.
