Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Flour triple shifted
- 3 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Milk room temperature
- 1 Egg
- 1 stick Butter melted
Instructions
- Triple sift the flour, baking powder.
- Add the sugar and make a well in the center.
- In a separate bowl whisk the egg, vanilla and melted butter.
- Now add this to the well.
- Mix till smooth
- Spray your griddle on medium high heat and cook your pancakes.
- Do not press down on the pancake.
- Cook till it bubbles then flip.
- To get a good consistency for the Nutella or the Biscoff you can take out the desired amount and microwave it at 10 second intervals.
