Kulfi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Condensed Milk
  • 1 can Evaporated milk
  • 1 can Table Cream
  • 3-4 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 Slices Bread
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 2 tbsp Cardamon powder
  • 1 pinch Saffron

Notes

Blend everything together and freeze in your desired mold. (I used a loaf pan)
Freeze for 24 hours and enjoy
If you want to make it with the basil seeds and vermicelli with the rooh afzah all you need to do is 
Boil the vermicelli to package instructions and immediately rinse in cold water and let it soak in cold water till you are ready to assemble.
Soak the basil seeds in water till they plump up.  
Drizzle roohafzah on top
