If you’re looking for the “perfect” burger recipe, look no further. This burger recipe is my most requested and most sought out by far. Do let me know your thoughts if you try it.

Best Burgers Ever

Make sure you do not skip putting a small Pat of butter in the middle of the patty. It truly makes a huge difference.

Ingredients
  

Ingredients for the burgerpatties: 

  • 1 lb ground beef.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 2 tbsp brown mustard
  • 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup oil

Ingredients for Caramelized onions and tomatoes:

  • 2 onions sliced 
  • 3 tomatoes sliced
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for the special sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 jalapeño finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic or to taste 
  • 1-2 table spoon hot sauce of your choice
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ketchup 
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste 

Instructions
 

Method for the burger patties:

  • Mix all the ingredients well andlet it marinate for at least an hour. Form into a larger thin round.
  • Add a slice of cold butter and form into a ball and then flatten into apatty
  • In a heaven bottom frying pan heat some olive oil and butter and cookthe Pattie’s till it reaches your desired doneness.

Method for Caramelized onions and tomatoes:

  • Add a little oil in the same panthat you cooked the Pattie’s in
  • When hot, add the onions and let them sweat.
  • Now add salt and the tomatoes and let it cook together. 
  • Add salt to taste
  • Make sure it’s cooking uncovered and stir frequently.
  • Once it’s caramelized, turn off the heat and set it on a plate. 
  • Mix all the ingredients togetherand set aside. 
  • Assemble your burgers
  • Slice your bun in half
  • I like toasting my bun on a skillet with a little butter
  • Add the special sauce on both of the insides. 
  • Add your patty to the bun and a slice of your favorite cheese. I like Muenster 
  • Top with caramelized onions and tomatoes, some shredded lettuce,sliced avocado and some more special sauce and ketchup. Cover with the otherhalf and place in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
