Whole Wheat Naan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Whole Wheat Naan
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 pkt Yeast instant
  • 1 cup Warm water

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve yeast in the warm water with sugar. Let it rest for 5 min. When frothy on the top add all the other ingredients and using your dough hook mix it. Add more flour or water if needed. The dough should form a ball. Cover it and let it rise for a hour. Punch it down and let it rise again till it doubles in size. Now make the dough into balls and roll it out into an oval shape. Dab water on it and put it on your hot tawaa (flat frying pan) Cook till it’s comes off easily and flip. Add ghee and serve right away.
