  • 2 tbsp Yeast
  • 1/2 cup Water warm
  • 2 cup Water hot
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2.5 tbsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Avocado Oil
  • 6-7 cup Flour
  • 1 Egg beaten


  • Dissolve the yeast in warm water and sugar. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Now add the sugar, salt, oil, 1/2 of the flour to the yeast. Mix and add the hot water. Now gradually add the rest of the flour till a nice dough forms that’s not too sticky.
    Let it rest for a few minutes. Then roll your dough into 2 parts and make it into a long rolls. Set on a floured pan and make diagonal slits in them and let it rise for 45 minutes. Brush with beaten egg and bake at 375 till golden brown and hollow sounding.
