Chicken and Broccoli over Crispy Noodles
Ingredients
- Egg Noodles
- Soy sauce
- Chili Garlic sauce
- Sesame oil
- Rice vinegar
- Sugar snap peas
- Broccoli
- Carrots sliced thinly
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Sesame seeds
- Black bean paste
- Chicken cut in small pieces
- Corn starch
Instructions
- Take your chicken and toss in corn starch and soy sauce
- Boil water and throw in noodles.
- Cook for just a minute or so and drain.
- Set aside
- In a wok heat some oil add thinly sliced ginger and garlic
- Throw in your chicken and add all the spices.
- When almost ready throw in all veggies except for the broccoli.
- In a separate pot boil water.
- When it comes to a rolling boil throw in the broccoli florets.
- Boil for just a minute or so then drain and add to ice water
- In a wok heat some oil add thinly sliced ginger and garlic
- Throw in your chicken and add all the spices.
- When almost ready throw in all veggies except for the broccoli.
- In a separate pot boil water.
- When it comes to a rolling boil throw in the broccoli florets.
- Boil for just a minute or so then drain and add to ice water
- Drain when cooled and add to the chicken
- In a wok heat oil and toss the noodles so it gets a little crispy.
- Add your chicken mixture and toss well.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy.
