Chicken and Broccoli over Crispy Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • Egg Noodles
  • Soy sauce
  • Chili Garlic sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice vinegar
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots sliced thinly
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Sesame seeds
  • Black bean paste
  • Chicken cut in small pieces
  • Corn starch

Instructions
 

  • Take your chicken and toss in corn starch and soy sauce
  • Boil water and throw in noodles.
  • Cook for just a minute or so and drain.
  • Set aside
  • In a wok heat some oil add thinly sliced ginger and garlic
  • Throw in your chicken and add all the spices.
  • When almost ready throw in all veggies except for the broccoli.
  • In a separate pot boil water.
  • When it comes to a rolling boil throw in the broccoli florets.
  • Boil for just a minute or so then drain and add to ice water
  • In a wok heat some oil add thinly sliced ginger and garlic
  • Throw in your chicken and add all the spices.
  • When almost ready throw in all veggies except for the broccoli.
  • In a separate pot boil water.
  • When it comes to a rolling boil throw in the broccoli florets.
  • Boil for just a minute or so then drain and add to ice water
  • Drain when cooled and add to the chicken
  • In a wok heat oil and toss the noodles so it gets a little crispy.
  • Add your chicken mixture and toss well.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy.
