Peri Peri Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup EVOO
  • 1/3 cup Peri peri sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6-8 cloves Garlic
  • Onion powder
  • 2 Lemons juice
  • Sriracha
  • Yellow mustard
  • Salt
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 4-6 lbs Chicken drumsticks

Instructions
 

  • Purée all ingredients in a blender and pour over chicken and marinate up to 24 hours.
  • Grill it on an open flame or in a cast iron skillet.
  • Ready to serve. Bon apetit!
  • Pair with a side of pasta (or rice, potatos, etc.) and salad.
