Garam Masala
Ingredients
- 4 Bay leaves
- 4 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 3 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 6-7 Red Chilies dried
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 2 tbsp Cloves
- 1.2 tbsp Cardamom seeds
Instructions
- Roast these in a pan but be careful not to burn them. Put the roasted spices in your blender and make them into a powder. Stop every few seconds to shake up the spices. When it becomes a powder. Let it cool and then store it in an airtight container.
