Mexican Street Corn with a Twist
- Empty your frozen bag of corn in your serving dish. In a food processor add all the rest of the ingredients except for the sour cream and cheese. Pulse it till it’s blended but not puréed. Now add it to your corn. Mix the sour cream and crumble the cheese and mix it all really well. Now taste it and add more Chile lime if you’d like. Serve cold.
