Chicken Seekh Kababs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Chicken
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup Graham Flour (besan)
- 2 pieces Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch Finely chopped Cilantro
- 1 piece Onion finely chopped
- salt pinch salt to taste
- 1.5 tbsp Garam masala
- 1.5 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1.5 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
- 1 tbsp Crushed Ginger
Instructions
- Mix well and form into kababs
- Broil till the kababs become a nice color then flip them and broil again for a few minutes.
- Put the kababs in a pan with a lid. Heat a small price of coal on the fire for about 8 minutes. Then In a small tiny container put a little oil and using tongs put the coal into the oil and cover the container and let it be for 15 minutes.
- Discard the coal and oil and serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice.
