I love butterscotch anything. There’s something so nostalgic about the flavour of butterscotch. The buttery sweetness with a hint of salt. I love these cookies when sandwiched between ice cream. So indulgent! Do let me know your thoughts when you make them.

- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup cup flour

- Beat your butter and sugars till pale
- About 4-5 minutes
- Add egg, vanilla and vinegar.
- Now slowly add the flour and baking soda
- 1 tbsp at a time till it’s incorporated well. Don’t over beat the batter.
