Mutton Masala Fry
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless mutton (I use the shoulder of a baby goat)
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 3 tsp red chili powder
- 3 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 2-3 large onions
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Marinate with all the above for an hour at least.

- Green chilies
Instructions
- Marinate with all the above for an hour at least. Add the marinated meat to the IP and sauté for a few minutes. Add 1/4 cup water. Pressure cook for 20 minutes and quick release. Transfer to a wok and cook till the liquid dries up. Fold in1 cup of chopped cilantro and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon on top. Serve with roti or naan.
