Peri Peri Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup EVOO
- 1/3 cup Peri peri sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6-8 cloves Garlic
- Onion powder
- 2 Lemons juice
- Sriracha
- Yellow mustard
- Salt
- 1 whole Onion
- 1 Jalapeno
- 4-6 lbs Chicken drumsticks
Instructions
- Purée all ingredients in a blender and pour over chicken and marinate up to 24 hours.
- Grill it on an open flame or in a cast iron skillet.
- Ready to serve. Bon apetit!
- Pair with a side of pasta (or rice, potatos, etc.) and salad.
